Thank you for your request dated Sep 04, 2023 06:02:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for UP-PGH CANCER CENTER.

As per the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) administration, the data set being requested is not available at the moment since the UP-PGH Cancer Center is still in its pre-procurement/pre-bidding stage in terms of its planning, construction, and development. The information that can be disclosed publicly can be found on the website of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing toDr. Michael L. Tee at foirc.upmanila@up.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
