Good Morning!

I have received from BI under FOI request #BI-309899766052 a copy of Administrative Circular about Dress Code for Citizens while they are attending BI offices.

According to ss.3 and 4 of Book 7 of the Executive Order No. 292, Circulars shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the date of filing with University of the Philippines Law Center.

Could you please provide me document confirming lodgement of this circular with UP Law Center.
