Good day! I would like to request for the following:

1) The monthly number of reported ciguatoxin-related poisoning in the Philippines, per region for the year 2015-2023.
1.a) For the case of NCR, please can you separate the monthly data per cities.

2) The mortality rate of ciguatoxin-related poisoning in the Philippines.

3) The causes of the reported ciguatoxin-related poisoning, separated by the species of fish if possible.

4) The time date is from 2015-2023 during the pre-pandemic, actual pandemic, and post pandemic.

5) The health protocol for ciguatoxin-related poisoning.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As per the National Poison Management and Control Center (NPMCC) of the UPM-PGH, the Department of Health (DOH) has a more complete data on the number of reported ciguatoxin-related poisoning in the Philippines, including pre-COVID.
