1.) A copy of the latest citizen's charter of the UP Manila Procurement Office and Accounting Office, particularly the section that shows time and service delivery standards for purchase request/purchase order and hiring of contract of service personnel/consultants.

2.) Official checklist of required documents/memo on engaging/hiring consultants on a temporary basis under a professional services/contract of service
