As part of my research, I kindly request your assistance in providing some specific data regarding your esteemed institution's palliative and hospice care department.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with the following information:
- The number of staff members in your palliative and hospice care department.
- The positions or job titles of these staff members.
- The specific department or office to which each staff member is assigned.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 05, 2023 02:58:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Philippine General Hospital Staff.

We request you to initially seek endorsement from the UP Manila Research Ethics Board prior to the approval of this request, which is intended for research purposes.  It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph).  Subsequently, you also need to register to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO) via online. Once appropriate clearances have been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the request to proceed.  

For clarification and other inquiries pertaining to the conduct of research in PGH, the EHRO can be reached at telephone number 8554-8400 local 2064.  Its office is located on the second floor of UP PGH. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Jose V. Tecson III at foirc.upmanila@up.edu.ph.. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
