I hope this message finds you well. I am Marinella D. Verdeflor, a 5th year BS Architecture student at Batangas State University – The National Engineering University, currently working on shaping my thesis topic, titled as ‘A Proposed Camarines Norte General Hospital in Daet, Camarines Norte’.

As part of my study, I  need to conduct a Post-Evaluation Design Tool. Therefore, I am requesting permission to visit and conduct a hospital tour at the Philippine General Hospital. Moreover, may I seek permission to administer survey questionnaires.
