Hi! Thank you for updating me with the request. I am currently studying previous Manila city masterplans, including that of the Ermita district. In line with other heritage districts, I am also studying development plans for Intramuros, Escolta, and other heritage university districts in Manila to compare space utilization and planning.  You asked for the Master Development Plan of UPM and PGH.

 While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office cannot provide the information you have requested as the plan is still a work in progress and nothing definite yet as to as built plans.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Vice Chancellor Michael L. Tee at foirc.upmanila@up.edu.ph.
