Hello,
I really need this information because I am one of the residents from stated subdivision above. I succinctly recall a point in time where a tarpaulin was posted her with a certain amount in millions of pesos about a riprap repair... based on the photos I have taken on the riprap along Emerald Avenue Palmera Homes II Taytay Rizal, there have never been any visible augmentation done to the riprap. I also do not hear any project monitoring department or division in this town. This might support the need for this town to create one. Also, I am a graduate student from PUP Graduate School.
