Hi! I would like to have an information regarding the following:

1. I have heard from one of the state universities in Luzon, that CHED has a memo regarding tertiary students not allowed to have an internship abroad due to COVID. Is VSU included in this memo as well? If so, may I ask for a copy of the memo? 
2. Should there be a latest memo released aside from the one stated above, may I also request for a copy of the latest memo?
