i would like to ask if i can use my NAPOLCOM eligibility in another government agency or can it be possible to convert it into sub-prof eligibility?

Thank you for your request dated Oct 07, 2023 09:22:18 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for NAPOLCOM eligibility.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. upon reading of your request, you were not asking for a specific document but merely asking for an opinion of the university regarding your NAPOLCOM Eligibility and whether or not it can be used to other government agency. Please be informed that when it comes to Civil Service Eligibility Requirement, the Civil Service Commission is the only agency that can validly answer your question since it is their requirements and that government agencies were just following what the CSC requires. The university stands that any person who pass the CSC eligibility exams or those persons who pass the Board exams where among the few that can enter into the government. As to whether your NAPOLCOM Eligibility is allowed the final say to that question is the CSC. You are therefore advised to seek the CSC.
