Hi we would like to request information on the recent reconstruction of runway 13/31.

1. When did the reconstruction start and when was it completed?
2. How long was the closure of the runway?

You asked for RUNWAY CONFIGURATION OF NAIA.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved Here are the information you requested, to wit:
Question No. 1
- The upgrading of Runway 13/31 started on 11 November 209 and was completed on 16 February 2019
Question No. 2
- It was closed for 15 months, currently the runway 13/31 is fully operational, but closes during Thursday and Saturday from 2300H to 0400H for maintenance procedures
