Good day. I am Rayne Carl Parcon, a 2nd year Civil Engineering student of UP Diliman. I conducting a research with regards to the relationship of flight delays and weather hazards in NAIA. In line with this, I would like to request the document for flight delays in NAIA from 2018-December 2023.
1. Flight Delays everyday in NAIA from January 1, 2018 - December 1, 2023
2. The data should include the date, time, and location from each flight delays.
