I refer to my letter of Sep 30, 2020 12:59:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bid Evaluation report for the project.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
It has been recently discovered that a number requests were not responded to due to technical error. In line thereof we are soliciting from all the requesting parties if they are still interested in receiving our reply to their respective queries.
Thereafter, this Office will coordinate/refer your request to the proper unit/s for their appropriate action. This Office will then apprise you of the response of the said units.
