Morante 06:34 PM, Dec 30, 2022

To whom it may concern,

My brother in law was off-loaded today at NAIA in spite of the documents provided to them. Immigration officer was insisting for Affidavit of Support and Guarantee, but the Philippine Consulate here in Dubai couldn't provide since brother in law is not listed as 1st and 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity. My brother in law was supposed to accompany my mother who cannot travel alone (due to OCPD). My brother in law showed the immigration officer the Affidavit of Support and Guarantee for my mother (me as the sponsor), my birth certificate and my sister's birth cert
