I am kindly requesting the following information:

*Daily passenger foot traffic in MIA Terminal 3 in 2019-2023 (Passengers (Arrival and Departure), and Non-Passengers (those who are dropping or fetching their friends/relatives)
*Commercial Space lease rates per sqm and rental terms (Lease rate per square meter, percentage share of MIAA to the gross sales of tenants if any, minimum contract, number of months of advance payment and deposit, escalation rate (if any) common use service area fee/maintenance)

The information will be used for our market research.
