Hi! I would like to request for the information of the following:

1) Mean arrival and departure rate of aircraft (domestic and international)
2) Mean service rate for arrival and departure of aircraft (domestic and international)
3) Cost per delay of aircraft

The data shall be used for the term end project of our course in civil engineering.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Please note that we can only provide some of the information you have requested. However, for items no. 2 and 3, we regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill your request as they fall under the airlines' jurisdiction and are beyond our scope of authority.

Your right to request a review
