You asked for Draft concessions agreement between miaa and ppp proponent.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information we regret that we cannot provide the document, pursuant to Para. 4.2.a. vi of the MIAA FOI Manual. The requested document is a draft. It is under ongoing study, review, and update by the PPP Pre-Qualifications, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC).


Your right to request a review
