I am Max Jamian Vizcarra, a graduating student from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, is writing this letter to formally request to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority the traffic signal timing in the signalized intersection Quirino Avenue - Del Pilar Street and Quirino Avenue - Mabini Street intersection.
