Good Day! 

I would like to request historical data on vehicle count, vehicle composition, and vehicle speed in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, from December 2022 to November 2023, with tri-hourly granularity. 

The data will be used for a numerical computing research project on the impact of traffic variables on Katipunan Avenue's air quality. Thank you very much!
