Hi! I would like to request for data on:

- Number of traffic accidents from 2020 to 2023 on circumferential and radial roads caused by a driver engaging in "nosey onlooking" or rubbernecking any traffic accidents on the road
- Whether pedestrians or cyclists as well that onlook or rubberneck accidents on the road are causes of traffic congestion or accidents

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Your right to request a review
