Hello. For use as evidence of the accident and other relevant purposes, I would like to request the aforementioned information. The following are the precise details of the requested CCTV footage:

1. The location is along Elliptical Road, near the Quezon Avenue Exit.
2. The date and time are January 14, 2024, between 9:35 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
3. The at-fault vehicle, a blackish-red Toyota Innova with plate number NHD 5943
4. My vehicle, a silver Mitsubishi Xpander with plate number CAW 5768

Per MMDA Metrobase, the actual incident was not captured by our CCTV cameras.
