Greetings from Tagum Water District!

Tagum Water District is embarking on its third year with the bulk water supply project which started last 2020, and since your office is under the same agreement with a private company for the bulk water supply, we would like to request a sample of the evaluation forms that your good office uses to evaluate your bulk water supply project as reference.
