Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 12, 2021 02:29:11 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request for the SOA  and payment history of MVHAI from Jan 2020 to Feb 2021 is denied due to the following reasons:

1. The data you are requesting is not with the MWSS Regulatory Office.
2. This “commercial document” is not within the purview of FOI, hence, although we can provide the said document, we are barred from releasing such.

Feel free to contact us for any other requests, inquiries, and clarifications.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
