Hi. I am a Polytechnic University of the Philippines graduate school student and I am requesting for data of water consumption of cities in Metro Manila (or barangays) from the year 2018 to 2022. I am currently conducting a research on how the COVID 19 affected the water consumption of households and industries during the start of the the lockdowns.
