Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 11, 2022 09:28:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Volume of wastewater discharge in Rizal Province for year 2015-2021.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for our data is limited to the volume of wastewater treated by sewage/septage treatment facilities operated by the two concessionaires within their respective concession areas. I have already attached the data for your reference.

Meanwhile, if you want to calculate/estimate the amount of wastewater from the water billed volume in your interest area, we can also send the data upon request.  

FYI, if you want actual volume of discharges from permitted facilities in the whole of Rizal, this may be available from the regional office of the Environmental Management Bureau.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
