This is to respectfully request assistance from your good office by sharing with us copies of policies, guidelines, issuances and/or frameworks relating to rewards and penalties by the MWSS to its service consortia.

The requested information or documents shall be used as a reference and guide for our office in drafting the rewards and penalties framework, and in the decision-making of our officers.
