Hi, I would like to request for a certified true copy of the MOA bet. NCCA and Damlay, Inc. for the project Phil. Arts Fest. 2013 Opening Ceremony. I would also like to request if it is possible to pick up the certified true hard copy of this document within seven (7) working days so that I will still have time to submit it to the Civil Service Commission NCR office. CSC-NCR is just giving me 10 days from today (March 26) to submit this requirement. You can reach me thru [Text Redacted] or [Text Redacted] in case you have other questions.

This Decision Maker was informed that your concerns regarding Damlay project was already settled by this Commission and there is no need for us to provide you a copy of MOA between NCCA and Damlay. Thank you
