Good day! I am Josh Patrick T. Cua, an architecture student from the University of Santo Tomas. 

I would like to request for the Executive Program of Cultural Agreement between the Philippines and China, 2015-2018. Additionally, the original document agreement signed on 1979 would also be needed if possible.

We would like to inform you that our office has a copy of the documents that you are requesting, however the said documents are voluminous and  cannot be uploaded to this postal.
