b.) Project Proposal submitted by La Proteccion de la Infancia, Inc. (a.k.a. “Gota de Leche”) regarding the project "Tracking Citizen-Heroes: Digitizing the Archives of Gota de Leche", and
c.) Reports including, but not limited to, financial reports and accomplishment reports submitted by La Proteccion de la Infancia, Inc. (a.k.a. “Gota de Leche”) from January 1, 2018 to the date this request is processed.

Dear Mr. Hontanosas

This is in reference with your request for a 1) copy of Board Resolution No. 2018-001 2) project proposal submitted by La Protection de la Infanta (aka "Gota de leche) regarding the project "Tracking Citizen Heroes " Digitizing the Archives of Gota de leche and 3) Reports including but not limited to financial reports and accomplishment reports submitted by La Protection de la Infancia from January 1, 2018.
We would like to inform you that we can provide you a copy of Board resolution No. 2018-001 and Project proposal submitted by La Protection de la Infancia Inc. regarding the project "Tracking Citizen Heroes: Digitizing the Archives of Gota De Leche, however we cannot provide you a copy of financial reports on the said project because of confidentiality of the said records.
Please be informed that the documents that you requested will be sent to you through a courier. With respect to the documents that was denied to be given to you, you may appeal this decision by sending an appeal letter within fifteen days upon receipt of this letter. Thank you
