Hi! I would like to request for a list of Community-based rehabilitation centers for PWDs in the Philippines.  I am currently undertaking an architectural thesis that aims to address the challenges faced by PWDs by establishing a continuum care facility. I would also like to know the contact persons whom I can reach in each center. Thanks in advance.
