Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Reported cases of (former) seafarers that were caught on accident aboard which leads to amputation. The said seafarer is currently residing in Cavite.

2. If available, the total number of such cases per municipality in Cavite (at least 1 year ago). 

3. If allowed, their contact details where we could reach them out.
