I refer to my letter of Aug 23, 2023 09:49:03 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Issues of Indigenous People in Palawan.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need to confirm if you still need the data you requested for that year in order for us to determine the actions to be taken next as well as the closure of your request in the FOI portal.

Please be informed that NCIP Regional Office 4B and the Office of the Executive Director have sent you an email last November 24, 2023 and January 29, 2024; however, we have not received a response from you yet.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 26, 2024 07:50:00 AM, your request will be closed.
