Hi, I would like to request to if my clan is related to any tribe in the Philippines were having a hard time tracing our ancestors and were hoping we’re part of a Indigenous tribe my Granda told me that his father is a member but unfortunately my Granda is already dead. Our family name is Añabieza, Pogoy, Gatchalian, Garcia. I’m hoping for a positive response Thank you…

This pertains to your request for validation if your clan/family is part of any Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs) in the Philippines.
Unfortunately, we currently have no database/system to immediately answer your request. We can only advise you to further collaborate with your family/relatives (esp. on your grandfather's side) and try to accomplish the attached Genealogy Form, which serves as guide in tracing your ancestry.
For further assistance, please contact the nearest NCIP Office in your area. You may check our Office Directory in our website at https://ncip.gov.ph/.

Your right to request a review
