I would like to request data regarding the areas with an issued Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) or Certificate of Ancestral Land Title (CALT) by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) in Ormoc City this is for my work research in preparation for an environmental impact assessment.

I refer to my letter of Jan 24, 2024 01:47:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Areas with issued CADT and CALT by NCIP.

Good day.

This is in response to my request for the Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) or Certificate of Ancestral Land Title (CALT) from the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) in Ormoc City.


To be more specific, I would like to know how many people in each barangay have received a CADT or CALT.

Is this request offensive?

Requests for personal information and vexatious requests are not considered valid requests for Official Information.
