Hi, Id like to know how to get a certificate of confirmation
My grandmother is a member of waray tribe. but im currently residing in region 10. Could I still get CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION FROM WARAY TRIBE??? IF so, where should I get this certificate?

Julie 05:12 PM, May 22, 2023

During the world war 2, my grandparents decided to leave their ancestral domain and transfer in mindanao. If I could still get a certificate from my origin tribe I would be grateful for it.
