Dear Yzabela, Greetings! This pertains to your request for Ancestral Land Map of Puerto Princesa Indigenous Communities. We regret to inform you that we cannot grant your request as it is covered by CEB Resolution No. A-062, Series of 2011, titled, "Policy Guidelines on Requests for Documents and/or Photocopies of Documents in the Possession and Custody of the Ancestral Domains Office (ADO)", which is hereto attached for your reference. Please be informed further that we can only provide details of any issued CADT, CALT, and ADSDPP to the members of the concerned community or if the requesting party is included in the Recognition Book/List of Representatives of the community. However, considering the purpose of your request, we ask that you please coordinate with NCIP Regional Office IV-B for assistance subject to existing and applicable NCIP policy/guidelines. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to NCIP Office of the Executive Director through email address: oed2023@ncip.gov.ph.
