Re: data on issued CADTs/CALTs;

We regret to inform you that we cannot grant your request as it is covered by CEB Resolution No. A-062, Series of 2011, titled, "Policy Guidelines on Requests for Documents and/or Photocopies of Documents in the Possession and Custody of the Ancestral Domains Office (ADO)", which is hereto attached for your reference.

However, should you still wish to proceed with your request, please coordinate with NCIP Ancestral Domains Office (ADO) thru email address ado@ncip.gov.ph.

Re: IP census;

We were informed that an NCIP personnel coordinated with you last year (2023) on this matter and informed you that our data available is not updated.

We were also informed that you decided to cancel this FOI request.
