Good day ma'am / sir,

I would like to ask assistance on how to get a Certificate of membership on NCIP. I would also like to know if my ancestors belong to any Indigenous people. This is regarding my Age waiver application for the BFP. Hoping you can help me regarding this matter. Thank you and God bless.
