December 15, 2023 Dear MELANIE, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 14, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for HEIGHT WAIVER FOR BJMP REQUIREMENTS - aspiring applicant. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is not an information but a request for height waiver. The NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such request but in the Regional Office. However, you may address all your concern regarding height waiver to the Regional Office to Dir. Ana Burgos at region67@ncip.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Ana Burgos at region67@ncip.gov.ph . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
