I would like to request Certificate of confirmation purpose age waiver for Po1.Because of COVID 2019 lots of board exam/exam eligibility  was postponement  with protocols and restrictions the documents is unavailable to process  i hope your consideration thank you and godbless

I refer to my letter of Mar 14, 2022 09:36:04 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of confirmation.

mam, Angeline my request is Certificate of confirmation one of the requirements for age waiver and request to the napolcom. Pls help me mam Angeline my only reference of idea is watching youtube and search in google mam can i reply my identification to gmail?  I can't attached my ID in this conversation thank you and God bless
