This pertains to your request for Shape files of Ancestral Domains in Quezon Province.

We regret to inform you that we currently have no available shape files that we can provide relative to your request. Be further informed that your request is  covered by CEB Resolution No. A-062, Series of 2011, titled, "Policy Guidelines on Requests for Documents and/or Photocopies of Documents in the Possession and Custody of the Ancestral Domains Office (ADO)", which is hereto attached for your reference.

However, as emailed to your by NCIP Regional Office 4A, may we request you to submit your project profile or research proposal for us to determine whether your activity needs to undergo the appropriate process provided for by the existing and applicable NCIP Guidelines.
