As Secretariat to the Task Force on Fees and Charges, the National Tax Research Center (NTRC) monitors the fees and charges collected by NGAs and GOCCs.
In this regard, may we request for the latest Schedule of Fees and Charges being collected by the NCMB, including its legal basis (e.g., Administrative Order, Board Resolution, etc), and date of effectivity.

Thank you for your request dated Dec 15, 2020 04:12:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for Schedule of Fees and Charges collected by National Conciliation and Mediation Board.
Please be informed that the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment, is collecting Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Registration Fees amounting to P1,000 per CBA. This is collected every registration of new (maiden) and renewal of CBA (cycle of 5 years). Attached is a copy of RA 6715 which serves as the legal basis.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of RA 6715 with highlights relative to the collection of CBA fees.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvetre H. Bello III with e-mail address, secshb3@dole.gov.ph, osec@dole.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
