Dear Mona Liza Embodo,

I refer to my letter of Aug 25, 2023 10:50:36 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request a Certificate of No Pending Case.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. For valid request, please send us a letter from your company clearly stating the purpose  of the request and a copy of your valid ID  in order to proceed with your request. 

Please be advised that we only issue a Certificate of No Pending Case to companies that have no pending cases filed before this office and not for any individual reasons/concerns. The NCMB has no jurisdiction over government offices and institutions.
