You requested for the number of Notices of Strike/Lockout (NS/L) cases and Actual Strike/Lockout (AS/L) cases filed with the Board with the corresponding number of workers involved from 1980 onwards.
Your FOI request is approved. We are happy to provide you with the statistical data as requested. However, please be informed that the NCMB started operations only in 1988, thus, the data herewith provided covered 1988 to 2021 only.
Enclosed is a copy of the NS/L and AS/L Table .
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H.
