I would like to request for verification and confirmation if this person is working under NCMF and BARMM.  Some concerned sultanates are worried because there are reports that he is doing scamming and selling titles of datuship. He is also know as Malaysian Citizen.  Because of this, they requested me to verify him.  He is using the NCMF Logo and working status on his Facebook Profile.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested and may be covered by the Data Privacy Law of 2012. Please submit a formal complaint to the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Saidamen B. Pangarungan at ncmf.osec@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
