February 20, 2018 Dear Kevin John Ulep, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 23, 2017 12:12:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Report on Filipino Muslim Nationalism, separationist. We received your request on Oct 23, 2017 12:12:54 PM and we apologize for the late revert. This Commission does not have a comprehensive study on the Muslim Separatist Movement in the Philippines and Muslim Nationalism. You may try to get in touch with the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process or consult studies by the Philippine Institute on Development Studies among others. Also, this particular information may already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to OIC Tahir S. Lidasan, Jr. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
