Dear Sec. Balisacan,

Greetings!

We are conducting study on the political economy of structural transformation in the Philippines, looking at how the economy has transformed since the 1950s and identifying the factors that played a role in this.

As such, we would like to request the following, if possible:

- Foreign financing (e.g. development finance, ODA, grants, PPP) to the Philippine government and GOCCs

- Foreign financing (e.g. development finance, ODA, grants, PPP) to sectors and sub-sectors

- Regional distribution of domestic and foreign financing

- PDP or MTPDPs
