Our office would like to peruse the position paper submitted by NEDA to the office of Senator Legarda, providing the NEDA's position on the proposed Blue Economy Act.

This is to elucidate the National Coast Watch Council Secretariat on various positions of concerned agencies, considering that the office is among the key agencies responsible for its implementation once enacted.
