Hi! In 1991, Dr. Balisacan (now NEDA Secretary) published a paper on Economic Policies and Capital Formation in Agriculture. He showed data on Agricultural Expenditures by subsector (i.e. rural roads, irrigation, research, extension, price and income stabilization, forest dev't and management, and agriarian reform) for which he cited NEDA as the source. I would like to ask whether I can have a copy of the same data disaggregated by region for the years 1985 to 2019.
