I am writing to formally request a copy of an executive report on the current status of the Cagayan Valley Flood Mitigation Master Plan CY 2006-2030. I am particularly interested in obtaining comprehensive information about the progress, challenges, and accomplishments related to the implementation of the master plan. As I embark on my research to improve river basin management, understanding the current state of flood mitigation efforts in the Cagayan Valley is crucial for informed decision-making and the development of effective strategies.
